Role Overview :
This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in financial modelling, valuation, and transaction analysis , eager to grow into a client-facing banker in the coming years.
Key Responsibilities :
- Support the investment banking team in deal execution, financial modelling, and valuation .
- Conduct market, industry, and company research to support client pitches and transactions.
- Prepare pitch books, investment memos, and financial analysis reports .
- Coordinate across internal and external stakeholders during deal execution.
- Gain exposure to live deals, gradually progressing toward client management and origination responsibilities.
Desired Candidate Profile :
1-3 years of experience in investment banking and corporate finance.Background from back office and mid office of large foreign IBs or boutique advisory firms preferred.Strong expertise in financial modelling, valuation, and analytical problem-solving .Ambitious, outward-looking, and motivated to build a career in front-end investment banking .Excellent communication and presentation skills.Why Join Client Associates
