Job Description & Position Overview :

We're looking for a Head of Branding & Marketing to lead RentenPe's marketing vision and brand strategy. This role will define how RentenPe is perceived - across customers, partners, and the broader market. You'll be responsible for building a distinct brand identity, driving user acquisition, and scaling marketing efforts that fuel business growth.

Key Strategy & Positioning :

Define and evolve RentenPe's brand identity, tone, and visual presence across all channels.
Craft a powerful narrative that builds trust and emotional connection with users.
Ensure brand consistency across digital, offline, and internal communications.
Develop brand playbook outlining do's and don'ts for external / internal communication

Marketing Leadership & Execution :

Design and lead 360- marketing strategies - digital, content, social, performance, influencer, and PR.

Own campaign calendars, product launches, and brand moments that drive awareness and growth.

Collaborate closely with product, design, and business teams to keep marketing aligned with company goals.

Evaluate third party agencies / consultants to supplement RentenPe's growth efforts.

Growth & Performance Marketing

Oversee performance channels, optimize CAC and ROI, and drive measurable user acquisition.

Leverage analytics, user insights, and experiments to continuously improve impact.

Directly oversee all online & offline marketing efforts.

Content, Communication & PR :

Build a storytelling engine through compelling content, videos, and campaigns.

Lead PR and influencer marketing to position RentenPe as a leading voice in fintech.

Manage thought leadership for the founder and brand across events and media.

Team & Leadership

Hire, mentor, and grow a world-class marketing team.

Foster a culture of creativity, accountability, and experimentation.

Strategic Partnerships & Collaborations

Identify and drive co-branding, influencer, and ecosystem partnerships to amplify brand reach.

Key Metrics / Success Indicators :

Growth in brand awareness, recall, and preference.

Improved marketing ROI and optimised Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).

Higher engagement, retention, and community participation.

Increase in organic visibility, earned media, and PR coverage.

Strong team performance and cross-functional collaboration.

Direct impact on revenue, growth, and market expansion through brand-driven initiatives.

Skills Required :

8-10 years of experience in marketing, branding, or growth roles, preferably in fintech or consumer startups.

Full time MBA or equivalent advanced degree from a Tier 1 College preferred.

Proven experience in building and scaling brands from early to growth stage.

Deep understanding of digital marketing, social media, and performance metrics.

Strong creative, executional and analytical mindset - able to blend storytelling with strategy.

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
