Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Kolkata metropolitan area for a Senior Business Development Executive. The executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and developing relationships with potential clients. They will also manage existing accounts, maintain client satisfaction, and drive business growth. Additional tasks may include collaborating with internal teams to align business strategies and exploring avenues for market expansion.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation
  • Strong skills in Business strategy and Account Management
  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proven track record in building and maintaining long-term client relationships
  • Ability to work effectively in an on-site setting and meet deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the service industry or related fields is a plus
  • CTC upto 30K per month
