Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Procurement Category Manager F&V, located in Chennai. The Procurement Category Manager F&V will be responsible for managing supplier relationships, evaluating and negotiating with suppliers, and overseeing category management processes. Daily tasks will include monitoring supplier performance, conducting market analysis, and ensuring the quality and availability of fresh produce.

Qualifications

• Supplier Relationship Management and Supplier Management skills
• Experience in Supplier Evaluation and Supplier Negotiation
• Expertise in Category Management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work on-site in Chennai
• Experience in the fresh produce industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
