(18 / 10 / 2025) MEP Estimation Manager

The MEP Cost & Estimation Manager is responsible for preparing, managing, and monitoring the cost estimates, budgets, and financial evaluations of all MEP works (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Firefighting, ELV systems) for interior fit-out projects. This role ensures cost efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with client requirements while supporting the tendering and procurement process.

Key Responsibilities :

Estimation & Costing

• Prepare detailed BOQs, cost estimates, and budgets for all MEP systems in interior fit-out projects.
• Conduct accurate quantity take-offs from drawings, tender documents, and specifications.
• Update and maintain a cost database for materials, labor, and subcontractor rates.
• Provide value engineering solutions to optimize cost without compromising quality or compliance.
