Job Title : Support Engineer (1st & 2nd Line)

Location : Bangalore, India

Key Responsibilities :

  • Handle first-line and second-line IT support tickets for internal users.
  • Resolve issues across Postfix, Office 365, Windows Server, and Linux.
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding users, including account setup and permissions.
  • Collaborate with 3rd-line engineers on escalated issues.
  • Document solutions and maintain knowledge base articles to improve team efficiency.
  • Monitor systems and respond to alerts or outages as needed.

Requirements :

  • Experience in first-line and second-line IT support roles.
  • Familiarity with Postfix, Office 365, Windows Server, and Linux.
  • Basic networking knowledge (DNS, DHCP, routing).
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Desirable :

  • Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk).
  • Exposure to 3rd-line escalations or advanced system administration.
  • Scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash, Python) for automation.
