Job Title : Support Engineer (1st & 2nd Line)

Key Responsibilities :
- Handle first-line and second-line IT support tickets for internal users.
- Resolve issues across Postfix, Office 365, Windows Server, and Linux.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding users, including account setup and permissions.
- Collaborate with 3rd-line engineers on escalated issues.
- Document solutions and maintain knowledge base articles to improve team efficiency.
- Monitor systems and respond to alerts or outages as needed.
Requirements :
Experience in first-line and second-line IT support roles.Familiarity with Postfix, Office 365, Windows Server, and Linux.Basic networking knowledge (DNS, DHCP, routing).Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Excellent written and verbal communication.Desirable :
Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk).Exposure to 3rd-line escalations or advanced system administration.Scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash, Python) for automation.
