Role : ServiceNow Project Manager (Min Experience 8 Years)

Location : Pune,Hyderabad

Job Description :

• Lead end-to-end ServiceNow project execution, including scope definition, planning, and resource management.
• Manage Agile / Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure smooth project execution.
• Develop and track project roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, and timelines to ensure timely and successful delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, developers, and architects to align project goals with business needs.
• Monitor project risks, resolve roadblocks, and ensure proactive issue management to maintain project momentum.
• Communicate project status, risks, and key updates to leadership and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
• Oversee ServiceNow governance, compliance, and best practices for solution delivery and implementation.
• Coordinate UAT, change management, and deployment activities to ensure a seamless transition to production.
• Manage vendor relationships and third-party integrations as needed for ServiceNow implementations.
• Drive a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the project team.

Strong experience in Agile / Scrum methodologies, ITIL frameworks, and ServiceNow ecosystem.
