Required Skills :
- Programming Proficiency : Expert-level skills in Python, R, with deep knowledge of ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Pandas, NumPy)
- Machine Learning : Extensive experience with statistical modeling, deep learning, NLP, computer vision, and generative AI technologies
- Infrastructure & Deployment : Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and ML pipeline orchestration
- Data Engineering : Strong understanding of data architectures, feature engineering, and big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop, Kafka)
- Programming Proficiency : Expert-level skills in Python, R, with deep knowledge of ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Pandas, NumPy)

Key Responsibilities :
Design and Oversee AI Architecture : Develop the overall architecture for the LLM from pretraining to supervised fine tuning and RLHFTechnical Strategy & Roadmap : Define and execute comprehensive ML / AI strategy aligned with business objectives, including LLM infrastructure, retrieval pipelines, and generative workflowsArchitecture Oversight : Lead system architecture decisions for scalable ML platforms, ensuring robust model deployment and operational excellenceCross-functional Collaboration : Partner closely with product management, engineering, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutionsModel Development : Actively participate in designing, training, and optimizing machine learning models, maintaining technical currency with 20-30% hands-on contributionCode Reviews & Technical Guidance : Conduct thorough code reviews and provide technical mentorship to ensure engineering excellence across the teamTeam Building : Recruit, hire, and develop top-tier ML engineers, data scientists, and researchers while fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learningMentorship : Guide team members through complex technical challenges, career development, and best practices in ML engineeringInterested candidates please send your updated resumes at anjana.v@livecjobs.com
