Quality Controller

Cult.fit is on the lookout for an experienced Quality Controller to ensure our apparel products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. If you have an eye for detail, a strong understanding of garment construction and thrive in dynamic production environments this opportunity is for you!

Key Responsibilities : -

Conduct in-line, mid-line, and final inspections at vendor / factory locations.

Ensure compliance with buyer specifications, approved samples & global quality standards.

Monitor production processes and proactively highlight concerns.

Maintain accurate inspection reports & documentation.

Follow up with vendors on corrective actions and ensure quality improvements.

Evaluate fabric & trims quality before production begins.

Collaborate with merchandising teams to resolve product / production issues.

Liaise with testing labs for fabric / garment testing.

Support vendor development with feedback & training on quality standards.

Escalate critical issues to QA Head / Management promptly.

Key Requirements : -

Minimum 5 years experience in apparel quality control. (buying office / export house preferred)

Strong knowledge of garment construction, sewing & finishing.

Familiar with AQL, 4-Point System & other QC standards.

Willingness to travel to factory / vendor locations.

Excellent communication, coordination & problem-solving skills.

Degree in Textile / Apparel / Fashion Technology preferred.

Preferred Attributes : -

Knowledge of knit garments across categories.

Exposure to working with brands.

Analytical mindset with proactive quality assurance approach.
