Job descriptionB.Com / M.Com with 5+ yrs of experience from Real Estate. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. Strong knowledge of Income Tax Act, GST laws, and real estate taxation norms. Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external auditors. Working knowledge of SAP will be an added advantage.
The ideal candidate will be looking after Audit & Taxation.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing tax compliance, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and assisting with audit procedures.
- Prepare and file tax returns (income tax, GST, etc.) accurately and on time.
- Manage TDS compliance : timely deduction, payment, return filing, and reconciliation.
- Maintain proper documentation and records for tax audit purposes.
- Ensure timely and accurate filing of GST returns. Handle GST audits and departmental queries.
- Respond to GST notices. Perform monthly GST reconciliations.
- Perform monthly GST reconciliations.
- Handle GST audits and Respond to GST notices.
- Reply to income tax notices.
- Statutory compliance. GST compliance.
