Business Analyst - Veeva Vault Quality

Due to our constant growth, we are looking for a Business Analyst for Veeva Quality Vault to collaborate with a strategic partner located in Mumbai / Goa India.

You’ll Be Responsible For :

Collaborating with Business Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure business requirements are clearly defined and documented.

Creating User Requirement Specifications (URS) and Functional Specifications (FS) for business processes.

Supporting the creation, dry runs, and execution of Operational Qualification (OQ) and Performance Qualification (PQ) / User Acceptance Test (UAT) scripts.

Participating in OQ formal execution and ensuring compliance with established procedures.

Ensuring that defects are reported, tracked, and resolved in a timely and efficient manner.

Updating and maintaining IT Working Instructions and User Guides to reflect system changes and improvements.

Supporting document migration activities within the Veeva Quality Vault environment.

About You :

You have 1–2 years of hands-on experience with Veeva Quality Vault (basic understanding of configuration and application setup required).

You possess strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of IT business analysis in regulated environments (Pharma / Medical Device).

You are comfortable working in a fully remote , cross-functional, and international team.

You are detail-oriented, proactive, and have excellent communication skills in English.

You enjoy working on quality and compliance-driven projects and are eager to grow your expertise within the Life Sciences industry.
