Lead & drive projects associated with key strategic initiatives of the organization across functions from Supply Chain, Store Operations, Sales Excellence & Finance.Responsible for the end-to-end project lifecycle from Project initiation till closure covering activities like project planning, stakeholder mapping, regular reporting and handover.Autonomously lead and complete assigned components of program activities and deliverables.Lead and conduct necessary research activities required by projects.Monitor resource utilization, providing recommendations for optimization.PROJECT GOVERNANCE :
- Responsible for building and maintaining a strong and long-lasting culture of continuous improvement and sustenance.
- Regularly review progress and performance expectations with program sponsors and leadership teams.
- Establish a robust governance framework for projects (RACI, Roles &Responsibilities and routines), ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT :
- Collaborate and engage with global leaders & subject matter experts, facilitate workshops to design, simplify and standardize the business processes.
- Facilitate steering and drive rollout of initiatives for METRO entities across Europe.
- Interacts with key stakeholders and identifies corporate and country requirements for various operations and projects, collects and compiles required data and information as inputs for projects.
RISK MANAGEMENT :
- Proactively identify potential risks and issues that could impact the successful execution of the project.
- Develop and implement strategies to mitigate identified risks.
- Regularly monitor and control risks throughout the project lifecycle.
Update risk mitigation strategies as necessary based on changes in project scope, schedule, and resources.
PROBLEM SOLVING & REPORTING :
- Analyze and report on project performance KPIs and business metrics relevant to the project domain.
- Conduct RCAs to address customer concern ensuring superior service delivery to our customers.
- Present findings and recommendations to project team, key stakeholders and senior management.
- Keep them informed on the KPIs and business metrics through simple dashboards to assist in decision making.
- Problem Analysis To be able to perform Root Cause Analysis for problem areas that the project is addressing or problems that might arise as part of the project management.
- Impactful Communication To voice your opinions and exchange ideas with people from multiple levels, cultures and functions.
- Planning & Organizing To govern the project with rigor, manage interdependencies and make work simple for the project team.

Qualifications : Technical :
- Relevant experience (8+ years) and overall experience range in between 8 to 11 years preferred or proficiency in the areas of Project Management and transformation programs.
- Lean, Six Sigma and / or Project Management certification (PMP, Prince2) are added advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite products MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Teams, SharePoint.
Functional : Domain Knowledge of core functions like Supply Chain, B2B Sales, Store Operations, Procurement will be an added advantage.
