Conduct primary and secondary research to gather market intelligence on industry trends, customer behavior, and competitor performance.

Design and execute surveys, focus groups, interviews, and observational studies to collect data.

Analyze customer demographics, preferences, needs, and buying habits to identify potential markets and factors affecting product demand.

Compile and analyze statistical data using modern tools and software (e.G., Excel, SPSS, R, Python, Tableau).

Interpret data trends and patterns to provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations.

Monitor and forecast marketing and sales trends based on research findings.

Prepare clear and compelling reports, dashboards, charts, and presentations for internal stakeholders.

Present research findings to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

Translate complex data into understandable insights for business strategy, product development, and marketing.

Track competitor products, pricing, sales, and marketing strategies.

Benchmark performance against key competitors and industry standards.

Work closely with marketing, product, sales, and executive teams to align research goals with business objectives.

Provide insights to support campaign development, go-to-market strategy, and customer segmentation.
