Sales & Marketing Executive (Recruitment)

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our recruitment consultancy team. As a Consultancy Sales & Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in providing expert solutions to our clients across various industries. You will also be responsible for developing marketing strategies to enhance our brand visibility & market presence and managing & executing other functions, including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, employee relations and compliance.

• Key Responsibilities :
• Client Engagement : - Build strong client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact for HR-related queries and solutions.
• HR Consulting : - Provide HR consultation to clients
• Talent Acquisition : Collaborate with clients to identify staffing needs, conduct candidate searches, and manage the recruitment process.
• HR Strategy : Assist clients in developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with their business goals.
• Compliance : - Ensure that clients are compliant with relevant labor laws and regulations.
• Data Analysis : - Analyze HR metrics and data to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Documentation : - Create and maintain HR documentation, policies, and procedures for clients.
• Outreach : - Coordinate with colleges, institutions and partners for academic and recruitment activities. Take orientation sessions in colleges as and when required.
• Qualifications :
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Proven experience in Sales & Marketing or HR consulting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : ₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month
