Job Description :

SharePoint Administrator with experience in project management and the ability to lead development teams to support and enhance our SharePoint environment.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep technical understanding of SharePoint, coupled with strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills to manage SharePoint projects and lead cross-functional teams.

Key role in ensuring the reliability, security, and performance of SharePoint, while also overseeing development and continuous improvements in SharePoint solutions.

Key Skills :

SharePoint Administration (both on-premises and cloud-based solutions).
Security of SharePoint solutions.
Azure Active Directory.
Office 365.

Good to have understanding on

SharePoint Designer, PowerApps, Power Automate.

PowerShell scripting.

At least 4-5 years' Experience in SharePoint Administration.

Job Requirement :

Skills & Responsibilities :

Administer and maintain the organizations SharePoint environment (both on-premises and cloud-based solutions).

Manage SharePoint site collections, libraries, and permissions, ensuring compliance with organizational policies.

Monitor SharePoint performance, troubleshoot issues, and apply best practices for optimization.

Implement and manage SharePoint features such as workflow, content management, versioning, and document libraries.

Ensure the availability, reliability, and security of SharePoint solutions, applying patches and updates as necessary.

Perform SharePoint backups, disaster recovery, and ensure business continuity plans are in place.

Oversee SharePoint-related projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

Oversee the design, development, and deployment of custom SharePoint solutions.

Stay current with new technologies and trends in SharePoint development, providing recommendations for improving system efficiency and effectiveness.
