About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Production Manager / Trainee to join our food manufacturing team in Nairobi. This role offers hands-on exposure to production operations, quality assurance, and process optimization. Ideal for candidates looking to build a career in food manufacturing and management.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily food production activities to ensure efficiency and quality
Monitor compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
Support process improvements and production planning
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (quality, supply chain, maintenance)
Prepare reports and maintain accurate production records
Learn and grow into a leadership role within the production unit

Requirements

Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Nutrition, or related field

0–3 years of experience in food manufacturing (internship / trainee experience acceptable)
