About The Role
We’re looking for a Social Media Manager to scale Company presence across Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn . You’ll own the content calendar end-to-end — from planning and creation to analytics and engagement. You’ll collaborate closely with our design and video teams
Key Responsibilities
Own and manage the social content calendar across IG, YouTube, and LinkedIn.Create and publish engaging content — reels, shorts, carousels, and repurposed blogs.Partner with the design / video team to plan shoots and produce platform-optimized visuals.Write crisp, on-brand copy for posts, captions, and headlines.Track and analyze key metrics — reach, engagement, follower growth, and CTR — and refine strategy.Engage with the community through comments, DMs, and LinkedIn interactions.Spot emerging trends , viral formats, and creative opportunities in real estate and social media.Work closely with brand and growth teams to align social content with campaigns and product goals.Requirements
2–3 years of experience managing brand social media (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn).Strong portfolio showcasing high-performing reels, shorts, and carousels.Hands-on experience with tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer , or similar.Strong creative instinct for visual storytelling and audience engagement.Ability to balance daily posting with long-term brand-building initiatives.Nice-to-Haves
Experience in startups, lifestyle / D2C brands, or real estate .Basic video editing proficiency (Premiere Pro, CapCut, or Final Cut).Comfortable appearing on camera occasionally for BTS content or voiceovers.
