As a Customer Professional at ApplyBoard, you will play a vital role in delivering top-notch customer experiences across various business lines, including Test, GIC, Chequing Accounts, and other Value-Added Solutions. You will be the front-line representative for our recruitment partners, ensuring that all interactions are positive and effective. By actively collaborating with internal teams, you will help support our enrollment goals and contribute to our overall customer success strategy. Your focus on customer satisfaction and operational excellence will be key to driving positive outcomes for our clients and the company.

What you bring to the table :
Customer service excellence in providing accurate, relevant, fast and helpful response and actions
Bachelor’s Degree
2-3 years customer service / customer success / hospitality operations
High attention to detail, proactive and great at follow ups
Experience training and / or developing training / process documentation resources
Proficiency in proofreading / editing text to ensure spelling and grammatical correctness
Flexible to “Work from Office” per team policies
Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate internal and external stakeholder needs
Strong analytical abilities, detail-oriented and high level of accuracy
Working knowledge of Google spreadsheets, Microsoft Word and Gmail
Adept researching and problem-solving capabilities
Someone who thrives in a collaborative, teamwork environment
Aptitude for prioritizing tasks with an attention to detail to ensure information accuracy
