About the Role
We are looking for highly skilled Human Resources professionals based in India to join our dynamic and collaborative APAC HR team. This is a fully remote role that operates in alignment with the Sydney (Australia) timezone.
Key Responsibilities :
1) Recruitment
Manage the end-to-end hiring process for APAC roles based in India, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
Provide operational support for recruitment activities in Australia as required.
2) Onboarding & Off-boarding
Execute smooth and structured onboarding and offboarding processes for all APAC team members.
Conduct orientation sessions for new joiners in India.
Coordinate with the IT team to ensure timely provisioning of user access and IT assets.
3) Employee Data Management & HR Operations
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records across internal systems, Google Drive, and other tracking tools while ensuring compliance and confidentiality.
Draft and manage HR documentation across various HR processes.
Support ongoing process improvements and operational initiatives.
Prepare HR data and reports for All Hands meetings.
4) Leave & Payroll Support
Carry out monthly leave reconciliations for payroll processing.
5) Employee Engagement
Plan, coordinate, and execute employee engagement initiatives to strengthen workplace culture and enhance employee satisfaction across all APAC locations.
6) Performance Management
Support and coordinate performance review cycles, including documentation, tracking, and follow-up actions.
What you will bring :
A Master's degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resource Management.
5–7 years of experience in HR generalist and recruitment roles, with hands-on involvement across the full employee lifecycle : talent acquisition, onboarding, HR operations, employee relations, and performance management support.
Strong proficiency in Google Workspace (G-Suite) Docs, Sheets, Forms, and Drive with the ability to utilise these tools for reporting, workflow optimisation, and maintaining accurate HR documentation.
A data-driven approach with the ability to analyse HR metrics, identify trends, generate insights, and contribute to continuous process improvement.
