Job Summary :

Seeking a seasoned Project Head with 20+ years of experience in managing multiple commercial and residential projects from contractor or construction companies to oversee project delivery, team

management, and stakeholder coordination in Ahmedabad.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Plan, execute, and deliver multiple commercial and residential projects within timelines and

budgets.

1. Coordinate with architects, consultants, vendors, and contractors for seamless project

execution.

1. Monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.

2. Manage project budgets, control costs, and maximize profitability.

3. Ensure compliance with local building codes, legal, and contractual requirements.

4. Allocate resources effectively to optimize manpower, materials, and equipment utilization.

5. Maintain accurate project documentation, including reports and approvals.

6. Act as the primary point of contact for clients and manage escalations efficiently.

7. Lead, mentor, and motivate project teams to achieve high performance.

8. Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

Educational Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering (Masters or PMP certification is a plus).
