The role combines hands-on technical leadership in Microsoft Dynamics NAV v5 (customized implementation) with service delivery management responsibilities. The ideal candidate will guide the team in handling incidents, service requests, and enhancements while managing client relationships, SLAs, and governance activities for a global distributed environment.
