Job Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Test Engineer with strong expertise in load testing, APM tools, and cloud-native environments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in performance testing, monitoring, and optimizing enterprise-grade applications. You will collaborate closely with development, DevOps, and infrastructure teams to ensure applications meet performance, scalability, and reliability benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and execute performance test scripts using tools such as JMeter or K6.
• Conduct load, stress, endurance, and scalability testing across applications and systems.
• Collaborate with developers and DevOps engineers to identify performance bottlenecks and recommend optimizations.
• Integrate performance testing into CI / CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI / CD) to enable continuous performance validation.
• Leverage APM tools (Datadog, Dynatrace) to monitor system performance, generate reports, and provide actionable insights.
• Perform log analysis using Kibana or Elasticsearch to troubleshoot issues and validate performance results.
• Work with Git for version control, ensuring efficient collaboration and code management.
• Apply basic knowledge of AWS services and architecture to test cloud-hosted applications.
• Utilize understanding of Kubernetes (K8s) for performance testing in containerized environments.
• Maintain strong documentation of performance test cases, methodologies, and outcomes.
