We are seeking a seasoned and highly experienced Senior SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) Consultant to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in configuring, managing, and supporting complex Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes within the SAP environment. This role requires a deep understanding of SAP SD integration points and strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :
SAP SD Configuration & Support : Take ownership of the SAP SD module, performing system configuration, customization, and ongoing support to meet evolving business requirements.
Order-to-Cash (OTC) Management : Expertly manage and optimize the entire Order-to-Cash lifecycle, including key processes such as :
Sales Order Management
Shipping and Delivery Processing (Outbound Logistics)
Billing and Invoice Management
Complex Pricing Procedures and Condition Techniques
Cross-Module Integration : Collaborate closely with SAP FI (Financial Accounting) and SAP MM (Materials Management) teams to ensure seamless integration points, especially regarding revenue recognition, inventory management, and procure-to-pay processes.
Functional Delivery : Gather and analyze business requirements from various stakeholders, translate them into comprehensive functional specifications (FS), and design effective SAP solutions.
Testing and Quality Assurance : Develop test scripts, execute rigorous testing (unit, integration, and user acceptance testing - UAT), and manage defect resolution to ensure the quality of implemented solutions.
Issue Resolution : Act as a key escalation point for complex production issues within the SD module, providing timely analysis, diagnosis, and permanent resolution.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Training : Work closely with business users and process owners, providing training and end-user support to maximize system utilization and adoption.
Continuous Improvement : Proactively identify opportunities for process optimization and system enhancement within the Sales and Distribution landscape.
Required Experience and Skills :
Experience : Minimum of 8+ years of hands-on experience as an SAP SD Consultant, covering multiple full-cycle implementations and support projects.
Module Expertise : Deep expertise in configuring all core components of the SAP SD module.
Process Mastery : Proven ability to manage and optimize the full Order-to-Cash (OTC) cycle.
Technical SD Skills : Strong knowledge of SAP SD data flow, configuration tables, and related technical elements (e.g., condition records, output determination).
Integration Knowledge : Solid understanding of the integration points between SAP SD, SAP FI, and SAP MM.
Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Analytical Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities to resolve complex business and system issues.
