Role Description – Senior Finance Associate (Dubai Office)

Full-Time | On-Site | PRF

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai for a Senior Finance Associate at PRF , a leading tax, accounting, and audit advisory firm. The Senior Finance Associate will play a key role in delivering end-to-end finance services to clients, including financial reporting, tax compliance, and audit support.

This is a client-facing senior role , requiring strong technical knowledge, excellent review skills, and the ability to manage multiple engagements independently and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review IFRS-compliant financial statements and regulatory reports
• Perform and oversee bookkeeping, reconciliations, and month-end closing across multiple client accounts
• Conduct detailed financial analysis , variance analysis, and prepare customized management reports
• Support UAE VAT and Corporate Tax compliance, including computations, return preparation, and timely filings
• Participate in audit engagements , including preparing working papers, reviewing client records, and identifying risk areas
• Coordinate with clients to gather information, resolve technical queries, and ensure timely delivery of all outputs
• Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, financial planning , and internal process improvement initiatives
• Ensure all deliverables meet professional, quality, and regulatory standards
• Provide technical support to junior team members and help maintain best practices within the finance team
