Integration Developer

Job Description

Integration Specialist is responsible for designing and managing advanced integration solutions that enable seamless communication between diverse systems, applications, and third-party services. This role requires a strong hands-on expertise in MuleSoft and have a deep knowledge on integration design patterns. This role requires someone who can take ownership of integration development, collaborate closely with business and technical stakeholders, and contribute to the continuous improvement of integration practices. This includes exploring and implementing AI-based solutions that can automate and improve integration processes, ensuring that the organization stays at the forefront of technological advancements.

Key Job Areas Of Responsibilities

• Design and develop robust solutions that ensure seamless connectivity between various systems, integrating both cloud platforms and on-premise infrastructure.
• Build and maintain API-led integrations and reusable components, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
• Develop mechanisms for real-time and batch data processing, enabling efficient and reliable data flow between systems.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date technical documentation for integration workflows and solution designs.
• Contribute to deployment and administration activities, supporting CI / CD pipelines and ensuring stable, secure platform operations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, providing dependable support for critical business processes.
• Monitor and optimize the performance of integration services, improving throughput and minimizing latency.
• Implement improvements to enhance system reliability, scalability, and maintainability.
• Support proactive platform health checks, ensuring uninterrupted operations and high availability.
• Explore opportunities to apply automation and AI-driven enhancements to integration processes.
• Actively collaborate with various internal IT teams, business units, and external partners to gather comprehensive integration requirements that align with strategic business objectives.
• Communicate intricate technical details to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment across the organization.
• Contribute to a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, supporting initiatives that encourage creative solutions and process enhancements.
• Share best practices in Integration design, API management and Platform usage.
• Stay updated with the latest integration technologies, AI advancements, and MuleSoft enhancements.
