Shell Recharge Solutions is seeking an HR Operations Coordinator!
We are looking for an HR Operations Coordinator to join our People team as we

Key Responsibilities :
- End-to-end payroll processing for employees, ensuring accuracy, timeliness,variance analysis and compliance with statutory regulations
- In partnership with the HR Operations team, coordinate with finance and third-party vendors to ensure accurate salary disbursements, deductions, and filings are completed in a timely manner
- HR Operations support for day-to-day HR tools & processes, including HRIS management, leaves of absence, payroll administration,and immigration support
- Facilitate onboarding and offboarding process, ensuring all documentation and HR operations tasks are completed (e.g., new employee system setup, terminations)
- Maintain records of employee files in compliance with federal and / or local regulations
- Maintain and update organization charts
- Ensure system integrity of our HRIS by regularly auditing data
- Act as first point of contact for HR inquiries from employees; handle queries from People Helpdesk promptly
- Ad-hoc reporting and support as needed by the People TeamBasic
Experience :
2+ years’ experience payroll processingHigh level of attention to detailAbility to maintain confidentialityStrong analytical skillsExcellent interpersonal and customer service skillsExcellent judgment and discretion is a mustKnowledge of applicable laws governing payroll and HR including benefits, compensation principles, income tax, and retirement plansExperience in dealing with compliance with statutory requirements related to payroll, including PF, Professional Tax, LWF, regulatory requirements and TDSInterest in working in a fast paced and high growth industry.Organized and detail-oriented with ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously with a high degree of quality, speed, and flexibility for change.Preferred Job Knowledge, Experience :
2+ years’ experience in HR OperationsBachelor’s degreeExperience with applicant tracking systems, HRIS systems, Payroll systems (ADP preferred).Experience supporting a hybrid or remote workforce is idealUnderstanding of and knowledge of employment laws and practices in India & SingaporePrevious experience in Technology, SaaS, or Electric Vehicle industry preferredWhat We Offer :
