CTC : Up to ₹6–7 LPA
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead day-to-day store operations ensuring smooth functioning and top-notch customer experience.
- Drive sales and achieve monthly targets of ₹70–80 lakhs.
- Maintain store SOPs, visual merchandising, and inventory control.
- Manage, train, and motivate store staff to deliver high performance.
