Placement Executive

§ Placement Executive is responsible for all the activities relating to the students placement. He will be specializing in different technical stream.

§ To reach out to companies in a systematic manner so as to bring them for campus drive.

§ Manage relationships with existing corporate clients while focusing on obtaining new business. Getting tie ups with clients.

§ Will be responsible for making execution plan, promotional activities and its execution.

§ Generating placement opportunities for Cranes students through mapping, approaching and tie-up with companies, industries etc.

§ To handle end-to-end placement and training related activities. Will conduct the competitor mapping exercise on courses, contents, offerings, fees & its promotion.

§ Collaborate with Trainers and Training Managers to reflect customer requirements in the training process.

§ Participate in various student assessments with trainers to evaluate the student fit / potential placements.

§ Collaborate with the Training Manager to develop new content on company specific interview requirement.

Brief students on successfully clearing the interview just before the interview process.

§ Follow up hiring steps to receive placement confirmation, joining date, offer letter, etc.

Support placement logistics, such as traveling, accommodation, etc.

§ To receive the personnel and provide necessary inputs about the college and co-ordinate placement activities. To provide career counseling to students.

§ Update the University / Institution LinkedIn Page with updates about the institution, like faculty achievements, student achievements, institutions plans and collaborations, and new programs.
