What You’ll Own & Drive : Strategy & Performance Optimization : Develop & implement a data-driven B2B marketing strategy aligned with business objectives Own lead generation efforts to attract, engage & convert prospects into high-quality leads. Track performance through analytics & KPIs, ensuring campaigns deliver measurable ROI Continuously experiment, A / B test & iterate to refine digital marketing effectiveness Digital & Content Marketing : Strengthen NetBramha’s brand presence through strategic brand marketing initiatives, ensuring strong visibility & engagement across digital channels Create & optimize content marketing strategies that engage & convert prospects Drive website traffic with SEO, SEM & organic growth strategies Develop & oversee social media strategies across key platforms to grow brand presence, increase engagement & conversions Research, identify & target potential leads across multiple platforms including LinkedIn, industry-specific websites, events, tailored email campaigns & professional networks to help the sales team Leverage email & CRM marketing, using automation tools to nurture leads effectively Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration : Mentor a results-driven digital marketing team, fostering innovation & growth Work closely with sales & design teams to develop seamless marketing campaigns Present data-backed insight-led strategies to stakeholders & leadership What We’re Looking For : 7+ years of experience in B2B digital marketing, with 5+ years leading teams in the service industry Proven expertise in lead generation Ability to own & drive the entire marketing function, aligning with business objectives Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, content marketing & analytics tools Hands-on experience with marketing automation, CRM & performance tracking tools A strategic thinker who can balance creativity with analytical decision-making Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
