Job description

Zycus is looking for a dynamic Customer Marketing Leader to own and scale our global customer engagement, advocacy, and growth programs . This role will focus on strengthening relationships with existing customers, amplifying success stories, and driving cross-sell and up-sell campaigns that contribute directly to revenue. If you have deep experience in customer marketing within B2B SaaS and a passion for turning satisfied clients into brand advocates, this is your opportunity to make an impact.

Key Responsibilities :

  • 1. Customer Engagement & Advocacy

Design and implement customer engagement programs to build loyalty and strengthen relationships.

Lea d customer advocacy initiativ es such as reference programs, G2 / Capterra reviews, and testimonials.

Drive creation o f customer success stories, case studies, and PR featur es to showcase valu e.

  • 2. Cross-Sell & Up-Sell Campaig ns
  • Partner with Product Marketing and Sales to identify growth opportunities within existing accounts.

    Plan and execut e targeted customer campaig ns that highlight Zycus' full product suit e.

  • 3. Milestone Celebrations (Go-Live & Go-Valu e)
  • Celebrate customer achievements such as project go-lives and realized business outcomes.

    Create communication plans and marketing collateral that amplify these milestone s.

  • 4. Customer Events & Thought Leadersh ip
  • Identify and manag e customer participation in Zycus-hosted and third-party even ts.

    Prepare customers fo r speakerships, webinars, and panel discussio ns to increase visibilit y.

  • 5. Customer Referenceabili ty
  • Develop and manage strategies to increase the pool of referenceable customers.

    Maintain a structure d reference libra ry to support sales team s.

  • 6. Analytics & Reporti ng
  • Measure and report on the impact of customer marketing initiatives o n retention, advocacy, and revenue grow th.

    Use engagement data and feedback to refine and optimize strategie s.

    Skills

  • 10–12 ye ars of experience in Customer Marketing / Customer Advocacy / Customer Engagem ent, preferably in B2B SaaS or Enterprise T ech.
  • Proven success in designing and executing customer marketing progr ams at scale.
  • Stro ng storytelling and content creation ski lls for impactful customer case studies.
  • Excellent communication a nd CXO-level relationship management ski lls.
  • Experience wi th CRM tools, marketing automation, and data analyt i cs.

  • Hands-on experience w ith customer reference prog rams.
  • Exposure to customer-centric events and advocacy platf orms.
  • Knowledge of the Source-to-Pay or Procurement do main (preferred, not mandato ry).
