Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced HR Recruiter with a strong background in Automation / Industrial Automation hiring . The candidate should have excellent sourcing and stakeholder management skills, along with a stable career history and a commitment to quality recruitment practices.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for Automation and Engineering roles.

Source, screen, and shortlist potential candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.

Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and department heads .

Maintain and regularly update recruitment trackers and reports .

Build and sustain a talent pipeline for future manpower needs.

Ensure a professional and seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and fulfill manpower requirements.

Candidate Requirements

Experience : 3–5 years in recruitment, preferably in Automation / Engineering industry .

Stability Criteria :

3 years’ experience – no job changes (continuous employment).

5 years’ experience – only one job change acceptable.

Education : MBA in Human Resources or equivalent.

Location : Must currently reside in Delhi / NCR .

Proficient in recruitment tools like Naukri, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and meet hiring timelines.
