Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager – Insurance Renewals (Life Insurance) located in Thane. The Operations Manager will be responsible for managing the insurance renewals process, ensuring timely renewals and customer retention. Day-to-day tasks include supervising the renewals team, coordinating with insurers and customers, resolving queries, and maintaining accurate records. The role also involves analyzing renewal data to identify trends and improve processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in Life Insurance Renewals and Customer Retention
• Strong supervisory and team management skills
• Excellent coordination and communication abilities
• Proficient in data analysis and process improvement
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
• Ability to work on-site in Thane
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Insurance, or related field
• Prior experience in the insurance industry is a plus
