• Handle telephonic & in-person inquiries, explaining programs and admission processes
• Maintain accurate student data across ERP, UDISE & internal systems
• Make outbound calls to generate leads, walk-ins & admissions
• Conduct timely follow-ups and maintain proper communication records
• Support school events, admission drives & promotional activities
• Coordinate with admissions & marketing teams for effective lead management
