Assistant Cook

Description

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Assistant Cook to join our kitchen team. This role is ideal for freshers or entry-level candidates looking to gain hands-on experience in a professional kitchen. The Assistant Cook will work closely with the head cook and other kitchen staff to prepare and serve high-quality meals.

Responsibilities

• Assist the head cook in preparing meals according to recipes and quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area.
• Help with food preparation including chopping, slicing, and measuring ingredients.
• Ensure that all kitchen equipment and utensils are cleaned and maintained properly.
• Assist in inventory management and stock control.
• Support the head cook in menu planning and recipe development.
