Job description

Lead new product development (NPD) from concept through validation and production

release.

  • Design and develop mechanical components and assemblies in SolidWorks (3D

modeling, detailing, and GD&T).

  • Perform structural and fatigue analysis using ANSYS (static, contact, and modal).
  • Carry out manual gear design calculations as per AGMA / ISO standards (spur, helical,

    • worm).

  • Design and select bearings (slew bearings, roller bearings) and determine load capacity,

    • life, and tolerances.

  • Support material selection, heat treatment, and surface finish recommendations for

    • performance and durability.

  • Prepare engineering drawings, BOMs, and design documentation.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and procurement teams for design validation

    • and production readiness.

  • Participate in design reviews, DFMEA, and value engineering initiatives.

    • Experience : 4 to 7 years

    salary : 50k to 90 k
