Landscape Architect / Site Coordinator

We’re looking for a passionate Landscape Architect / Landscape Designer who can blend creativity with execution. The ideal candidate will not only design serene and sustainable outdoor spaces but also work closely with contractors to ensure timely and quality execution on site.

Role & Responsibilities Should have good knowledge of horticulture and plants / trees to be used for landscaping

Prepare conceptual and working drawings for landscaping and horticulture designs

Develop planting plans, hardscape designs, 3D visuals, and BOQs

Coordinate with civil contractors, MEP teams, and site managers for landscaping implementation

Supervise landscaping work at sites (residential, resort, or commercial)

Source materials, liaise with nurseries and vendors, and ensure adherence to quality standards

Report to the principal architect or project lead with weekly updates

Requirements Bachelor’s / Master’s in Landscape Architecture or related field

2–4 years of relevant experience in design + site execution

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion / Enscape, Adobe Suite

Strong understanding of plants, irrigation systems, soil conditions, and terrain treatment

Good communication and project coordination skills

Willingness to travel to sites within NCR

Nice to Have Experience in luxury residential or hospitality landscape projects

Knowledge of green building norms / sustainability guidelines

Eye for detail in plantation layering and spatial aesthetics
