About the Role
We’re looking for a Marketing Manager who can take ownership of all things marketing — from strategy to execution. This role is ideal for someone who’s both strategic and hands-on, thrives in a startup environment, and is eager to build a brand from the ground up.
You’ll work directly with the leadership team to shape our marketing engine, define our positioning, and execute campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and qualified leads.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with company growth goals.
- Define and manage brand positioning, messaging, and storytelling.
- Identify and segment target audiences across industries and buyer personas.
Digital & Content Marketing
Lead content strategy — including blogs, case studies, whitepapers, and social content.Manage the company website, SEO, and analytics to ensure consistent lead generation.Drive email marketing, campaigns, and automation workflows (HubSpot / ActiveCampaign / etc.).Oversee social media presence (LinkedIn, X, YouTube, etc.) to build thought leadership.Growth & Demand Generation
Design and execute paid marketing campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) focused on lead conversion.Collaborate with Sales to align on lead scoring, nurturing, and conversion strategies.Track KPIs and marketing ROI; prepare monthly performance dashboards.Partnerships & PR
Coordinate with industry partners, influencers, and media outlets to boost visibility.Support in creating pitch decks, presentations, and event marketing materials.Requirements
4–8 years of marketing experience, ideally with B2B SaaS or AI / data startups.Strong understanding of digital marketing, growth strategy, and analytics.Hands-on experience with tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, Webflow, SEMrush, and Canva.Excellent storytelling, copywriting, and project management skills.Ability to thrive in ambiguity and wear multiple hats — from content to campaigns.Nice to Have
Prior experience in AI, data analytics, or enterprise SaaS.Familiarity with product marketing, community building, or events.Basic design or video editing skills (Canva, Figma, Premiere, etc.).
