Good experience on Media Resource Function nodes like MRFP, MRFC. Media Gateway nodes like MGW and MGCF. BGCF
Good experience on RTP, RTCP protocols, Media Plane Processing functions (Transcoding, Codecs)
Interfaces like Mb, Mp, Mj, Mf etc, SIP, H.248 / Megaco
Good experience on IMS product development, Telecom Real Time Systems

Good-to-Have

Experience on C / C++ / Java

Experience on Linux OS

Product Development knowledge and Product Lifecycle Management knowledge

Experience on Virtualization, Cloud Native technologies. Focus on Deployment on x86 hardware in multiple cloud environments, such as OpenStack, VMware
