Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Lead - Dotnet Developer located in Bengaluru. The Technical Lead will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software applications using .NET Core and ASP.NET MVC. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features, ensuring the technical feasibility and performance of the applications. The Technical Lead will also mentor junior developers, review code, and provide technical guidance to the development team.

Qualifications

Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), Programming, and Software Development skills

Proficiency in .NET Core and ASP.NET MVC

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Ability to work independently and lead a team

Experience in agile development practices is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
