TML Partners is seeking an experienced Head of Growth and Performance Marketing to lead our multi-channel acquisition and scale performance across Google Ads, TikTok, and Meta. This role is ideal for a data-driven leader with a strong strategic mindset and a track record of achieving measurable growth.
Key Responsibilities
Build and lead the overall Growth & Performance Marketing strategy across Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and Meta Ads.
Develop frameworks for acquisition, scaling, and optimization to achieve aggressive growth targets.
Lead experimentation, A / B testing, audience segmentation, and funnel optimization.
Oversee performance reporting, attribution modeling, and insights to drive decision-making.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Data, and Creative teams to maximize revenue impact.
Mentor and grow a high-performing marketing team focused on efficiency and innovation.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in Performance or Growth Marketing with deep expertise in Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and Meta Ads.
Proven success in managing large budgets and scaling acquisition channels.
Strong understanding of analytics, tracking infrastructure, and measurement tools (GA4, MMPs, attribution models).
Strategic thinker with the ability to move seamlessly between high-level planning and hands-on execution.
Demonstrated leadership experience and ability to manage and develop a team.
Highly analytical, results-oriented, and comfortable in fast-paced environments.
