About the Role

Lead technical design and development of pharmacovigilance signal detection solutions using Vigilance Workbench.

The ideal candidate has strong statistical programming skills, healthcare dataset experience, and expertise in Python, JSON, PL / SQL, and SQL. This role requires deep technical knowledge, leadership skills, and passion for advancing drug safety technologies.

Develop robust data pipelines and configurations to implement clients' signal detection strategies.
Guide a team of technical engineers, providing mentorship and support.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with client business requirements.
Review and assure quality work, ensuring accuracy and performance of signalling data pipelines.
Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies.

Key qualifications include :

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Informatics, or related field.

Required skills :

Proven track record of leading technical teams and delivering complex projects.

Experience in statistical programming and data analysis.

Expertise in Python, JSON, PL / SQL, and SQL.
