Location : MG Road, Bangalore (Work From Office – 5 Days / Week)

We are looking for a DevOps & Tech Support Engineer who can support our cloud infrastructure, optimize data pipelines, ensure platform reliability, and help solve customer-facing technical issues with speed and precision.

Role Overview

This role combines DevOps engineering , cloud infrastructure management , and technical support .

You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Support teams to ensure our systems are reliable, scalable, and responsive to customer needs.

You should be highly analytical, strong in Python / SQL, excellent at troubleshooting, and comfortable engaging directly with clients.

Key Responsibilities DevOps & Infrastructure

Design, deploy, and manage modern AWS cloud architectures (compute, networking, security, storage).
Build and maintain scalable CI / CD pipelines to support rapid deployment.
Monitor uptime, performance, and reliability of distributed systems and microservices.
Implement infrastructure automation and observability tools.
Work with Snowflake, Redis, and other data infrastructure components.

Technical Support & Data Engineering

Handle advanced technical support escalations from Sales, Support, and Customer Success.

Troubleshoot issues across APIs, integrations, data pipelines, and cloud services.

Develop and enhance data workflows using Python , SQL , Spark, or Hadoop.

Work with large datasets and validate data accuracy, completeness, and quality.

Support customer onboarding by understanding data requirements and resolving integration issues.

Deliver clear, timely communication to internal teams and customers.

Must-Have Skills & Experience

3+ years of experience in DevOps, Tech Support Engineering, or Data Engineering roles.

Strong proficiency in Python with hands-on experience building or debugging scalable data solutions.

Excellent skills in SQL , with experience in both SQL and NoSQL databases.

Proven expertise in AWS cloud infrastructure (EC2, S3, Lambda, ECS, VPC, IAM, RDS, etc.).

Hands-on experience with Apache Spark / Hadoop or other big data frameworks.

Familiarity with Snowflake for warehousing and Redis for caching / real-time workloads.

Experience implementing and maintaining CI / CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab, etc.).

Strong understanding of microservices and distributed systems.

Excellent problem-solving abilities and acute attention to detail.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams.

Prior experience in high-growth startup environments (preferred).

Knowledge of ML workflows and predictive analytics tooling (good to have).
