We are hiring a passionate and experienced Business Development Manager to join our growing team across Chennai, Bangalore, and Hyderabad . The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic relationships, and driving sales in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
Responsibilities :
Identify and pursue new B2B business opportunities
Achieve sales targets and grow revenue across assigned regions
Build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders
Conduct market research and analyze competitors to spot trends
Create and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals
Represent the company at conferences, trade shows, and events
Desired Candidate Profile :
Bachelor's in Business / Marketing / Engineering
4 to 8 years of proven experience in B2B sales or business development
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office
Willingness to travel for business meetings
