Role: Financial Analyst – FP&A Clicktech

LOCATION: Bangalore, India

We seek a results-focused, quality-driven FP&A candidate who has demonstrated experience in P&L ownership, ownership of annual plans, quarterly forecasts, actual reporting, and variance analysis.

Clicktech continues to expand its high velocity retail business, we are looking for a highly motivated candidate who will partner with accounting teams, business and operations teams and will be responsible for entire financial reporting for the Company, providing insights to the management and drive planning process with senior leadership. The successful candidate will be a self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguity, detail oriented and will possess the ability to work well with cross-functional teams.

Major work responsibilities shall comprise of the below:

• Drive preparation of MIS, variance analysis and providing insights to leadership,

• Leading the preparation of annual operating plans, long range quarterly forecasts, in coordination with wider finance, operations and business teams,

• Anchor preparation and providing insights on long-term working capital and cash flow projections,

• Partnering with business teams, controllership teams and anchoring monthly leadership reviews,

• Drive strict adherence to the timelines on all the deliverables,

• Dive deep into drivers of business waste, compare it to plan, find out leakages and present opportunities to plug the same,

• Driving continuous improvement, automation projects and standardization of processes, including implementation of best practices and automation initiatives, collaborating with technology teams

Basic Qualifications:

• CA / MBA(Premier) with 1 to 4 Years of relevant experience in business finance or FP&A,

• Experience with building financial models and budgeting,

• Should have strong excel skills and ability to handle volumes,

• Ability to maintain high attention to detail,

• Good communication skills and ability to multi-task and deal with ambiguity.
