Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Principal Engineer – Corporate Trainer to design in-house embedded projects and deliver high-quality training to corporate professionals, top universities, and tier-1 engineering colleges.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical depth in embedded systems, excellent communication skills, and a passion for teaching and mentoring experienced engineers.
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Project Development
- Design and develop embedded systems projects as real-world case studies.
- Use industry-standard tools and technologies (ARM Cortex, RTOS, Embedded Linux, etc.) to build training-oriented projects.
- Ensure developed projects reflect current industry requirements and practices.
2. Corporate Training Delivery
Train experienced engineers on embedded systems concepts, protocols, and technologies.Deliver sessions on :Protocols : CAN, SPI, I2C, UART, USB, Ethernet, Bluetooth, Zigbee (any one protocol expertise is mandatory)Technologies : ARM Cortex architectures, RTOS (FreeRTOS, Zephyr), Embedded Linux, IoT frameworksAddress participant queries in a systematic and structured way .3. Methodology & Technical Skill Training
Teach embedded software development methodologies including :Bare-metal programmingDriver developmentDebugging techniquesGuide trainees through hands-on labs, debugging exercises, and project implementations.Desired Candidate Profile
8–15 years of industry experience in embedded systems (product development or services).Expertise in at least one communication protocol : CAN, SPI, I2C, UART, USB, Ethernet, Bluetooth, Zigbee.Strong knowledge of the complete embedded product development lifecycle .Proficiency with tools such as :IDEs : Keil, IAR, EclipseDebug tools : JTAG, SWDSimulation / emulation toolsExcellent programming skills in C / C++ , Python , and familiarity with assembly language .Hands-on experience with RTOS (FreeRTOS, Zephyr) and / or Embedded Linux .Excellent verbal and written communication skills .Strong collaborative skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Solid understanding of embedded hardware / software co-design , interfacing, and debugging.
