QA Leader to drive quality across complex IoT and GenAI programs. The candidate should be capable of leading difficult conversations with Japanese customers while maintaining strong relationships. This role requires deep hands-on QA expertise, leadership of large teams, and experience delivering quality in complex, multi-program environments.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead end-to-end QA strategy, planning, and execution across multiple IoT, Building Management Systems, and GenAI / Agentic AI programs.
- Represent the organization in customer discussions, including escalations, with a high level of professionalism, and business etiquette.
- Provide hands-on QA engineering support, including test design, complex system / IoT setup validation, and issue triage.
- Oversee a QA organization of ~50 testers across multiple parallel programs through effective coordination with test leads.
- Ensure strong test governance, reporting, metrics, and continuous improvement practices.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and customer teams to ensure high-quality releases and operational excellence.
Required Experience :
14+ years in software QA with proven leadership in large-scale, multi-program environments.Experience in creating strategies for all the 4 shift paradigms and architecting QA Automation frameworks using pythonManaged complex IoT projects (preferably in the BMS domain) including hands-on test planning, device setup, and system validation.Handled GenAI / Agentic AI programs with strong exposure to model validation, prompt testing, LLM evaluation, and AI quality frameworks.Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams of 50+ QA engineers via test leads.Strong problem-solving, QA governance, stakeholder management, conflict-resolution skills and Experience in leading Quality Assurance conversations with Japanese customers.
