Senior Product Manager

We started as an online business in India in 2010 and opened our first retail store in New Delhi in 2013. Since then, we have grown through both online and offline channels, establishing a strong presence with our retail stores, websites, mobile applications, and other channels.

Role Description

This is a full-time and on-site role located in Bengaluru, India. The Product Manager will be responsible for leading the product development lifecycle from concept to launch. This includes defining product vision, strategy, and roadmap, gathering and prioritizing product requirements and customer feedback, working closely with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products. The role will also involve analyzing product performance, making data-driven decisions, and continuously improving user experience.

Qualifications

Experience in product management, strategy development, and product lifecycle management

Strong analytical skills, including data analysis and performance metrics

Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams

Experience with user research, customer feedback, and requirement gathering

Proven track record of delivering high-quality products on time

Ability to think strategically and execute methodically

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA is a plus

Experience in the eyewear or retail industry is a plus
