Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and organized Corporate Trainer to manage end-to-end training delivery for our organization. This role involves identifying and engaging the right trainers, coordinating training logistics, and ensuring high-quality execution of training programs. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills, along with a passion for professional development and learning.
Key Responsibilities
- Trainer Identification : Source and evaluate potential trainers or training vendors based on organizational training needs.
- Interview Coordination : Arrange and coordinate interviews between selected trainers and relevant internal stakeholders.
- Negotiation : Negotiate terms, pricing, and deliverables with trainers to ensure alignment with budget and expectations.
- Training Execution : Manage the full cycle of training logistics, including scheduling, communication, venue (if applicable), and material preparation.
- Participant Feedback : Collect and analyze feedback from training participants to assess training effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Stakeholder Communication : Serve as the main point of contact for both internal teams and external trainers throughout the training process.
- Reporting : Prepare post-training reports and present insights to management.
Requirements
Proven experience in training coordination or learning & development.Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.Ability to manage multiple training projects simultaneously.Proficiency in using MS Office or other productivity tools.Preferred Qualifications
