Role Overview

The Site Engineer will play a key role in ensuring smooth execution of interior fit-out projects on-site. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in supervising interior works, coordinating with vendors, maintaining quality, and ensuring timelines are strictly met.

This role is crucial in upholding Futureal’s promise of hassle-free execution, precision detailing, and timely delivery .

Key Responsibilities

1. Site Execution & Supervision

Oversee day-to-day site activities for interior fit-out works (civil, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, false ceiling, flooring, etc.).
Ensure all work aligns with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Manage subcontractors, labour teams, and vendors effectively.
Implement safety protocols and maintain a disciplined site environment.

2. Quality Control & Compliance

Conduct regular quality checks and ensure materials / workmanship meet Futureal’s standards.

Identify and resolve execution issues proactively.

Maintain compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and project SOPs.

3. Coordination & Communication

Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and procurement teams.

Communicate daily progress, risks, and material requirements.

Organize and attend site meetings; share updates through reports and photos.

4. Project Tracking & Documentation

Maintain daily site reports, checklists, and measurement sheets.

Track material consumption and ensure optimal utilization.

Monitor project timelines and escalate delays immediately.

5. Material & Vendor Management

Verify quality and quantity of delivered materials.

Ensure timely availability of resources.

Supervise vendor activities to ensure adherence to project timelines.

Requirements

Experience

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in supervising interior fit-out projects .

Strong exposure to commercial interiors (offices, industrial spaces, healthcare, or educational spaces preferred).

Skills

Excellent knowledge of interior materials, drawings, and execution techniques.

Strong site coordination and team-handling ability.

Good communication and reporting skills.

Ability to troubleshoot and make quick on-site decisions.

Familiarity with safety protocols and project documentation.v

Education

Diploma / B.E. in Civil Engineering / any degree with relevant qualification / experience in Interior fitout projects.
