Location : Bengaluru, Karnataka 560103, India (Hybrid)

Duration : Offshore 6 Months Contract To Hire

FOCUS : End User Computing & L3 Support

Grade : 9(2), 10(2),11(1)

Job Description : Job Duties :

• Understanding the use of the tools that we deploy to help our users collaborate
• Understanding why we have selected these tools to be the current standard
• Perform advanced troubleshooting of products supported with the aid of technical documents published by vendor and other industry professionals
• Be the last point of escalation for matters of enforcing IT policy
• Support customers by escalating their incidents to vendors in the event of a product break
• Analyze trends and patterns of issues among users to identify systematic problems
• Write user support and technical documentation for user and helpdesk consumption to assist in use of the products you support
